Aaliya Shah is a renowned broadcast journalist, columnist, writer, author and a famous TV celebrity. From a very young age it seemed Aaliyah was just destined for success. She showed a keen interest in literature, art and journalism in her formative. The beginning of her illustrious career started at the State-owned PTV as a program host with hundreds of live and recorded transmissions including coverage of army operations during war on terror, programs on earthquake and flood affected areas and programs on IDPâ€™S. As humble as her beginnings were, Aaliya would spend most of her time reading and researching and that is what laid the foundation to her decorated career. Educating herself was always a priority and she completed her masters from Government College University Lahore, and M. Phil from AIOU Islamabad. Since then Aaliya has gone on to establish herself as a leading journalist of the Country working for all Major TV channels including PTV, Geo Tv, Ary Capital TV, BOL Network and currently Pak News. Coupled with her penchant for reading and researching, Aaliya is also celebrated as a notable and progressive writer and has authored a number of books during her illustrious career.
Along with all her achievements as a journalist, Aaliya is also known for being a human rights activist, feminist, and philanthropist. She has trained and conducted many International conferences. Being one of the leading journalistic voices of Pakistan she has represented the country all over the world including UK, India, USA and in The IAF international academy for leadership in Germany.
